Roundabouts Pre-school is a purpose-built pre-school in the centre of Clevedon founded by Mrs Edith Jones in 1968. From its humble origins, Roundabouts has developed into one of the best-equipped pre-schools in the area and one of very few who has its own purpose-built building.
The staff and committee members are very proud of the reputation Roundabouts have gained for providing inexpensive but quality childcare. We operate a parents/carers rota, this is a great opportunity for parents to play an active role within the setting and it is also an opportunity for parents/carers to see what your child does in pre-school.
We provide a safe and stimulating environment with a range of activities. We have seven members of staff and they work the same sessions each week in order to create a secure and familiar environment for the children, all the staff within Roundabouts Pre-School are committed to the children in their care.
Our day is split into two sessions. The morning session runs from 9:15am – 12:15pm and the afternoon session runs from 12:45pm – 3:45pm or all day 9:15am – 3:45pm. A lunch club is available where the children are required to bring a packed lunch and this can be added on to their session.
Children can receive Government funded sessions the term after their 3rd Birthday.
